Clinical Operations Manager Long Term Care

Lead clinical operations at Adanac Park Lodge with Vancouver Coastal Health, applying multidisciplinary leadership and complex care experience in Vancouver.
This Manager, Clinical Operations position supports the Direct Long Term Care Administration team at Vancouver General Hospital. You will lead services for a 73-bed long term care home serving younger adults aged 19 to 65 with complex health and behavioural needs. Mental health and substance use knowledge is an asset.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide clinical and operational leadership to frontline care departments
Supervise Nurses at Level 4 or 5 classifications
Manage planning, implementation, evaluation, utilization, and risk management
Lead quality improvement across clinical programs and departments
Support transitions from acute care to community services
Requirements:
Baccalaureate in a relevant clinical professional area
Seven to ten years of recent related leadership experience
Direct supervisory experience and professional registration or membership
Computer literacy with clinical information systems
Physical ability to perform position duties
Bring clinical leadership, quality improvement, and complex care expertise to long term care operations with Vancouver Coastal Health.
