Strategic Technology Procurement Manager

Strategic technology procurement drives PagerDuty’s growth in a hybrid Toronto workplace, using software negotiations and AI tools to improve purchasing.
As Procurement Manager, you will partner with Product, Engineering, Marketing, and GTM teams. You will guide vendor strategies, executive stakeholders, and complex technology agreements. The individual contributor role focuses on SaaS, cloud, software, and professional services procurement.
Key Responsibilities:
Advise executive leaders on procurement strategy and supplier intelligence
Design long-term strategies for SaaS and infrastructure vendors
Lead supplier quarterly business reviews and performance KPIs
Negotiate global software contracts and commercial terms
Optimize P2P workflows using AI and automation tools
Requirements:
3+ years in procurement, sourcing, or vendor management
Software, SaaS, and technology category experience
2+ years managing P2P and Source-to-Contract processes
2+ years negotiating software contracts, especially SaaS
Experience partnering with Product, Engineering, or IT stakeholders
