Senior Health Safety HSE Specialist

As Senior Health and Safety HSE Specialist, you will support operations while reporting to the Director, Environment, Health and Safety. The position focuses on continuous improvement, compliance, incident investigations, and return-to-work processes. You will also develop documentation, deliver training, and coordinate audits across operational sites.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop initiatives strengthening HSE culture and continuous improvement
Optimize EHS Insight tools, systems, training, and user support
Coordinate incident investigations, classifications, and supplementary reports
Review injury claims and support safe return-to-work processes
Prepare internal and external HSE audits and follow-up
Requirements:
College diploma in Occupational Health and Safety or related field
Three to six years in a similar HSE role
Knowledge of Canadian HSE standards and regulatory requirements
Knowledge of HSE management systems, including EHS Insight
Strong English communication and training delivery skills
Bring HSE compliance, investigation, training, and continuous improvement expertise to LOGISTEC’s Atlantic operations and teams.
