Project Scheduler Primavera P6 Lead

Lead project planning in Calgary with Primavera P6, Excel analysis, and EPC scheduling across engineering, procurement, and construction.
Vista Projects seeks a Project Planning and Scheduling Lead for its Planning & Scheduling department. You will support proactive control of project plans, schedules, cost control, and project management systems. The work includes EPCM planning, reporting, resource loading, schedule analysis, and coordination with project managers, estimators, engineers, and clients.
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare Level 1 to Level 3 EPC schedules
Lead interactive planning sessions and review preliminary schedules
Coordinate project planning and scheduling activities
Monitor, analyze, and report schedule status
Perform logic, risk, and what-if schedule analysis
Requirements:
Recognized engineering or business degree, technical diploma, or equivalent experience
Knowledge of EPCM planning and project reporting
Proficiency with Primavera P6 and Microsoft Excel
Knowledge of procurement, contracts, and construction management
Strong communication, influencing, and attention-to-detail skills
