Remote Employee Communications Consultant

Remote Employee Communications Consultant at Allstate develops internal strategies, executive messaging, and clear storytelling for customer-facing stakeholders across Canada.
Reporting to the Manager, Employee Communications, this consultant supports Human Resources, Law and Regulation, and Risk teams. The work combines communication planning, stakeholder counsel, project management, and measurement. Candidates need strong oral and written communication skills, technology-content experience, and the ability to simplify complex information.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop comprehensive communication strategies supporting business objectives
Advise stakeholders and senior executives on communications
Create presentations, speaking notes, video scripts, and articles
Collaborate on special and business-as-usual internal projects
Measure initiatives and report data-based recommendations
Requirements:
Advanced storytelling and audience needs assessment capabilities
Executive consulting and interdisciplinary writing experience
Communication experience with technical and non-technical audiences
Project management and communication planning skills
Knowledge of Microsoft Office, SharePoint, and industry tools
Bring strategic counsel, storytelling, and communication measurement skills to Allstate’s remote employee communications team.
