As a Transaction Due Diligence Manager, you will lead procedures within EY’s Transaction Advisory Services Practice. You will understand engagement scope, support junior team members, and prepare significant report sections. Your work will examine profit drivers, future performance assumptions, purchase agreements, and post-closing transaction matters.
Key Responsibilities:

Lead execution of transaction due diligence procedures
Analyze financial and operational results of target companies
Prepare and evaluate pro forma financial information
Identify issues affecting pricing, structure, or deal termination
Supervise staff and provide feedback, training, and reviews
Requirements:

Accounting or related bachelor’s or master’s degree
CPA or CA certification
At least three years’ relevant post-articles experience
At least two years’ financial due diligence experience
Strong communication, project management, and people management skills
Apply financial analysis, transaction support, report writing, and team leadership skills as an EY due diligence manager.
