Senior Municipal Infrastructure Engineer
EXP
Lead municipal infrastructure delivery at EXP, applying civil engineering expertise and project leadership across Western Canada. This full-time role is hybrid in Calgary or Edmonton.
As a Senior Civil / Municipal Engineer, you will guide infrastructure assignments from planning through construction. The work combines senior technical delivery, client engagement, multidisciplinary project management, and mentorship. You will also support public infrastructure pursuits and delivery practices.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead municipal infrastructure projects through design, tendering, and construction
Manage scope, budgets, schedules, resourcing, and delivery strategies
Review studies, calculations, drawings, specifications, and cost estimates
Coordinate clients, municipalities, utilities, contractors, and regulatory agencies
Mentor engineers, technologists, technicians, and engineers-in-training
Requirements:
Degree in Civil Engineering or related engineering discipline
Professional Engineer registration or eligibility in applicable jurisdiction
Significant consulting or municipal infrastructure experience
Experience leading civil projects and multidisciplinary teams
Knowledge of municipal practices, standards, approvals, and construction
Bring senior civil engineering, municipal project leadership, technical review, and client relationship skills to EXP’s Western Canada practice.
