As Senior Program Planner and Scheduler, you will control schedules across large industrial capital programs valued at $1 billion or more. Your work spans EPC, EPCM, and owner-managed delivery from concept through operations handover. You will integrate contractors, analyze risks, measure progress, and provide decision-ready reporting.
Key Responsibilities:

Develop and control Level 1 to 5 schedules
Maintain integrated master schedules across multi-project programs
Analyze critical paths, constraints, float, and execution risks
Implement progress measurement and earned value systems
Present forecasts, risks, and recovery plans to leadership
Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related technical discipline
Minimum 15 years’ project planning and scheduling experience
At least 10 years supporting large industrial EPC/EPCM projects
Expert proficiency in Primavera P6 Professional and P6 EPPM
Expert Excel skills with advanced formulas and dashboards
