Governance Risk Compliance Leader
Interac
Lead governance, risk, and compliance at Interac with expertise in information security and flexible hybrid work. Shape trusted digital payments across Canada.
As Leader, Governance, Risk and Compliance, you will establish Interac Corp.’s GRC mandate and goals. You will guide security risk management, strengthen IT controls, and operate the Information Security Management System. The position supports ISO, NIST, PCI, and data protection obligations.
Key Responsibilities:
Establish GRC goals and strengthen organizational security controls
Coordinate risk treatments and monitor control effectiveness
Manage internal and external auditors and certification activities
Maintain risk remediation and incident response documentation
Coach teams and collaborate with business stakeholders
Requirements:
Eight to ten years’ relevant experience, degree, diploma, or certifications
Progressive information security, governance, risk, and compliance leadership
CISM, CISA, or CRISC security certification
Experience implementing an ISMS and understanding ISO, NIST, and PCI
Ability to acquire secret clearance
Apply governance leadership, risk analysis, and information security expertise to strengthen Interac’s compliance program and controls.
