Digital Twin Machine Learning Engineer

Shape Point11 digital twins with forecasting and model evaluation while working hybrid from the Toronto office three days weekly.
This Machine Learning Engineer role focuses on making digital twins faithfully represent the customers they stand in for. You will build models from company records, assess predicted outcomes, and improve twins through campaign learning. Your work includes features, training, deployment, experiments, and production quality. You will also partner with AI Engineers on model and LLM agent boundaries.
Key Responsibilities:
Own digital twin modelling from features through deployment
Evaluate predictions against real customer outcomes
Turn campaign answers into brand demand forecasts
Run experiments with clear hypotheses and honest results
Collaborate on models and LLM agent boundaries
Requirements:
Experience shipping production machine learning models
Strong Python and modern machine learning stack knowledge
Rigor with evaluation, baselines, and statistical validity
Clear communication with engineers and customers
Toronto location or relocation willingness
Bring forecasting, modelling, experimentation, and communication skills to improve Point11 digital twin quality in production.
