Strategic HR Manager DWF Canada

Strategic HR leadership and operational expertise define this HR Manager role at DWF. Work from Toronto, Vancouver, Calgary, or Montreal.
Reporting to the Head of HR, the experienced HR Manager supports business leaders and the wider HR function. The role delivers people priorities through organizational design, employee engagement, business change, and practical HR solutions. It also strengthens the colleague experience across DWF.
Key Responsibilities:
Deliver divisional people priorities across the aligned business area
Manage performance, compensation, talent, succession, and engagement processes
Support business change initiatives and HR projects through completion
Review organizational structures with business leaders
Coach leaders on effective people-management practices
Requirements:
Five or more years in HR management or comparable senior HR roles
Strong technical HR knowledge and coaching experience
Experience leading cyclical HR processes
Organizational change, design, and engagement experience
Strong English communication; French is highly desirable
