Senior Data Platform Engineer

Build Dialogue’s modern data platform with Python and Snowflake while shaping scalable data systems for a virtual care provider in Canada.
As a Senior Data Platform Developer, you will design, build, and maintain the full data lifecycle. Your work spans ingestion, transformation, consumption, data modelling, and platform reliability. You will help power users create production-grade data products through self-serve tooling and standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Design batch and streaming ingestion frameworks across multiple sources
Orchestrate resilient pipelines with Apache Airflow
Define modelling, semantic layer, testing, and observability standards
Manage Snowflake infrastructure, access controls, and governance
Guide users and maintain full DevOps lifecycle ownership
Requirements:
Three-plus years building production data systems
Strong Snowflake, dbt, SQL, and Python experience
Experience with large-volume pipelines and real-time events
Proficiency with Airflow and multi-source synchronization
Terraform and CircleCI or GitHub Actions experience
