AtkinsRéalis seeks experienced Quantity Surveyors for newly awarded UAE projects within a growing team. The position focuses on contracts and commercial management, including variations, claims, payment assessments, and project reporting. Experience with FIDIC Contracts, CostX or similar QS software, and high-rise office or residential projects is relevant.
Key Responsibilities:

Administer commercial contracts after contract award
Assess re-measurement, interim, and final account payments
Prepare monthly cost reports and evaluate variations
Manage contractor claims, provisional sums, and prime costs
Manage bonds, insurances, and nominated subcontractors
Requirements:

Minimum 10 years’ relevant post-degree experience
Degree in Quantity Surveying from a recognised university
Previous FIDIC Contracts experience preferred
Minimum four years’ consultant or client background
CostX or similar QS software knowledge required
Apply senior quantity surveying expertise across UAE contracts, commercial management, cost reporting, and high-rise project delivery.
