As Head of Trading, you will guide Crude, NGL, Natural Gas Trading, and Trade Analytics & Optimization. Reporting to the Vice President of Marketing, you will shape integrated strategies across physical markets, asset optionality, transportation, storage, blending, market access, and arbitrage. This senior commercial leadership role connects customer needs, market fundamentals, and asset capabilities to commercial performance.
Key Responsibilities:

Develop integrated Crude, NGL, and Natural Gas trading strategies
Optimize transportation, storage, blending, timing, location, and products
Build analytics, modelling, scenario analysis, and performance reporting
Manage governance, exposures, risk limits, and regulatory compliance
Advise senior leadership and lead major commercial negotiations
Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in a relevant business or technical discipline
15+ years’ progressive energy trading or commercial experience
Deep North American crude, NGL, and natural gas market knowledge
Experience developing profitable trading and commercial strategies
Accomplished people leadership and executive communication skills
