Construction Superintendent Architectural Projects

Lead high-end construction sites for SIROY across Montreal and the Laurentians, using planning and coordination expertise on architectural projects.
As Superintendent, you will manage large-scale projects from start to finish. You will serve as the key site contact, working with project managers, carpenters, team leaders, subcontractors, suppliers, and partners. Your decisions will help maintain quality, safety, schedules, and organized execution.
Key Responsibilities:
Review plans, specifications, technical details, and project objectives
Plan short-term work and organize construction sequences
Coordinate carpentry teams, subcontractors, suppliers, and deliveries
Monitor progress, quality, deficiencies, and schedule deviations
Lead meetings, inspections, reporting, and site closure
Requirements:
Several years as superintendent, foreman, or comparable professional
Experience with high-end residential or complex construction projects
Comfort reading plans and understanding construction methods
Knowledge of structure, building envelope, and finishing
Valid ASP Construction certificate and driver's license
Bring sound judgment, clear communication, and organized site leadership to SIROY’s high-precision architectural construction projects.
