Truck Service Operations Manager

Drive truck service operations from Saanichton, BC, using budget control, customer engagement, and team management to guide department performance.
Velocity Truck Centres needs a full-time permanent Service Manager for day-to-day service department leadership. You will develop annual budgets, analyze performance variances, schedule expenditures, and oversee human resource functions. The position also involves customer visits, service objective strategies, tender bids, vendor contact, and repair order communication.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee daily service department operations and annual planning
Develop sales goals and monitor progress with Regional Managers
Analyze trends to improve department profitability
Maintain customer relations and visit customers regularly
Communicate job expectations through team huddles
Requirements:
Minimum eight years in dealership or trucking service
Minimum three years leading diverse teams
Strong communication and analytical decision-making abilities
Microsoft Office Suite proficiency
Business principles knowledge and sound judgment
