Shape AI-assisted software delivery at Flinks as a Senior Platform Engineer, building Backstage, Kubernetes, and Terraform capabilities for engineering teams.
This senior platform engineering role combines internal developer platforms, cloud infrastructure, and secure AI-agent workflows. You will build production-ready service templates, encode quality and security standards, and support self-service delivery through GitOps, CI/CD, and declarative APIs. The work partners with Security and Compliance in a regulated environment.
Key Responsibilities:

Own Flinks’ Backstage portal, service catalog, and software templates
Encode quality, security, and policy checks in pipelines
Build secure MCP interfaces for AI agents
Evolve Kubernetes, Terraform, and cloud self-service
Reduce development, testing, and pipeline toil
Requirements:

Eight to ten years in platform, DevOps, or infrastructure engineering
Production software development experience with any programming language
Hands-on Backstage or equivalent internal developer portal experience
Kubernetes, GitOps, Terraform, and major-cloud experience
CI/CD, observability, and AI coding-tool experience
Build Flinks’ internal developer platform with Backstage, Kubernetes, Terraform, and governed AI-assisted software delivery.
