Lead purchasing, inventory, planning, and logistics for Wesko Locks in an on-site Supply Chain Manager role based in Mississauga, Ontario.
This mid-senior level position leads supply chain activities supporting customer demand and production requirements. You will manage suppliers, forecasting, material planning, warehouse operations, and ERP processes while improving inventory performance. The role reports to the General Manager.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead purchasing, inventory, planning, logistics, and supplier management
Ensure materials support customer and production requirements
Monitor supplier performance and develop sourcing alternatives
Improve warehouse operations, ERP processes, and supply chain performance
Lead and develop the Supply Chain team
Requirements:
Five to ten years of manufacturing supply chain experience
Previous leadership experience managing employees and operations
Knowledge of purchasing, planning, logistics, and warehouse operations
Experience with ERP, MRP, and inventory systems
Strong analytical, negotiation, communication, and problem-solving skills
