As a Deal Lifecycle Analyst Intern, you will support non-standard contract activities for Red Hat. You will adapt standard language, assemble Legal and Deal team input, and review business terms for compliance. The work requires collaboration with stakeholder teams, contract repositories, and Deal Management systems.

Review Sales requests for complex non-standard contracts
Adapt standard language into non-standard contract language
