Distribution Center Department Manager

Lead second-shift distribution operations at Dollar Tree in Stockton, using warehouse management systems and strong leadership skills daily.
As a Department Manager, you will oversee departmental operations and associates within Dollar Tree’s Distribution Center. This full-time position supports Receiving, Order Selection, Shipping, and Equipment departments. You will help ensure warehouse activities follow company policies, procedures, safety, sanitation, quality, and operational standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage up to 20 associates and departmental functions
Support Receiving, Order Selection, Shipping, and Equipment operations
Coordinate merchandise receiving, replenishment, selection, labeling, and shipping
Lead, coach, and support supervisors and associates
Maintain compliance with distribution center practices and procedures
Requirements:
Three years of distribution center management or operations experience
Knowledge of distribution center practices and procedures
Strong leadership, organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills
Analytical ability to interpret information and implement proactive solutions
Strong PC and Warehouse Management Systems skills
Bring distribution leadership, operational knowledge, and WMS experience to Dollar Tree’s second-shift Stockton distribution center.
