Senior Statistical Modelling Manager

The Manager, Statistical Modelling & Advanced Analytics leads rigorous analytics that support customer growth, retention, promotional effectiveness, and strategic retail decisions. You will work with large, complex datasets and partner with business leaders. The role also includes coaching analysts and data scientists while maintaining technical quality.
Key Responsibilities:
Design advanced statistical and quantitative models using retail data
Apply forecasting, causal inference, experimentation, and predictive modelling
Build scalable, decision-oriented analytical frameworks
Establish standards for validation, monitoring, and measurement
Translate quantitative work into senior-leader recommendations
Requirements:
Graduate degree in a quantitative field
Significant statistical modelling or advanced analytics experience
Strong Python coding experience
Large-dataset experience using SQL, Spark, or similar tools
Experience leading projects and influencing senior stakeholders
Bring statistical modelling, Python, and stakeholder leadership to customer, loyalty, and retail analytics at Canadian Tire Corporation.
