Performance Enablement Technology Manager

This Manager leads technical performance programming within Global HR and supports a Bank-wide performance management strategy. The work covers annual performance processes, platform enhancements, user acceptance testing, and reporting. Partnerships include HR Modernization, HR Operations, technology teams, and HR Business Partners.
Key Responsibilities:
Enhance employee and manager experiences within me@scotiabank
Partner with technology teams on performance improvements
Manage performance calibration, reporting, and role-based permissions
Translate enhancements into technology-enabled business requirements
Support communications and change management for new approaches
Requirements:
Over five years of relevant HR or Talent Management experience
Experience partnering with technical teams
Experience developing content and presentation materials
Ability to manage competing priorities without compromising quality
Familiarity with Workday, SAP, or similar systems
Use performance systems knowledge and employee experience insight to improve Scotiabank’s global HR technology processes.
