Lead commercial planning and business performance at Jubilant Radiopharma, using forecasting and analytics to guide strategic decisions across North America.
As Director, Commercial Planning & Business Performance, you will build capabilities supporting operational excellence and sustainable revenue growth. The role partners with Sales, Marketing, Finance, Supply Chain, Legal, Compliance, and Operations. Success requires expertise in commercial planning, pricing, contracting, sales force effectiveness, and performance management.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead planning, pricing, reporting, governance, and performance routines
Manage customer pricing, contracting, discounting, and deal reviews
Support government pricing, ASP, reimbursement, and commercial reporting
Provide forecasting insights for supply and financial planning
Build and coach a strong commercial planning team
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, life sciences, or related field
10+ years in commercial planning, operations, analytics, or related functions
5+ years of people leadership experience
Experience building commercial planning or commercial excellence functions
Pharmaceutical, biotechnology, healthcare, or radiopharmaceutical experience
