Direct Liquid Cooling Project Manager
(CHL) Ecolab
Lead Direct Liquid Cooling deployments for CoolIT, an Ecolab Company, managing site schedules, customer commitments, and commissioning delivery.
The Site Project Manager owns field projects from formal handoff through customer acceptance, financial closeout, and service transition. You will coordinate CoolIT functions, customers, contractors, and Authorized Service Providers. The position manages scope, budgets, forecasts, risks, changes, safety requirements, and communication while technical authority remains with Engineering.
Key Responsibilities:
Own deployments through commissioning, acceptance, closeout, and service transition
Maintain execution plans covering access, installation, testing, and handover
Coordinate customers, contractors, suppliers, and internal stakeholders
Manage schedules, budgets, risks, issues, decisions, and changes
Drive punch-list closure, documentation, training, and lessons learned
Requirements:
Five-plus years managing complex project delivery
Experience owning schedules, budgets, forecasts, contracts, and change control
Experience coordinating multidisciplinary execution and closeout teams
Strong customer-facing communication under schedule pressure
Valid passport and ability to meet site-access requirements
Bring project controls, customer coordination, and commissioning delivery expertise to CoolIT’s liquid-cooling deployments.
