As a Senior Business Analyst, you will support AI-enabled delivery across the Software Development Life Cycle. You will work with business stakeholders, technology teams, product owners, architects, developers, and quality engineering teams. Your work will include requirements, process analysis, documentation, testing support, and solution validation.
Key Responsibilities:
Elicit, analyze, validate, and document business requirements
Translate needs into requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria
Facilitate workshops, interviews, and requirements discovery sessions
Perform gap, impact, root cause, and feasibility analyses
Support UAT, SIT, and end-to-end testing activities
Requirements:
Strong business analysis skills
Stakeholder management capabilities
Experience with Generative AI tools
Experience across multiple SDLC phases
Ability to evaluate AI outputs for accuracy and security
Bring business analysis, stakeholder management, and AI-assisted delivery expertise to BMO’s technology initiatives at 100 King Street West.
