Enterprise Financial Planning Director

Lead enterprise financial planning at Spreetail with advanced modeling and consolidation expertise. Work your way remotely, with quarterly corporate collaboration in Lincoln.
This Head of Enterprise FP&A role owns the company-wide planning architecture from AOP through Long-Range Planning. Reporting to the VP of Finance & Data Management, you will build consolidation frameworks, standardize reporting, and mentor one direct report. Your work connects finance, executives, and operational teams through trusted data.
Key Responsibilities:
Run planning calendars, reforecasts, AOP, and LRP processes
Pressure-test functional inputs and establish planning assumptions
Create one source of truth for financial definitions and KPIs
Standardize enterprise consolidation and reporting systems
Hold senior stakeholders accountable for planning commitments
Requirements:
8+ years of FP&A, finance operations, or enterprise planning
End-to-end AOP and multi-year planning cycle ownership
Experience building structure in high-growth or complex environments
Advanced financial modeling skills and process rigor
Confident communication with analysts and executive leaders
