Hotel Construction Project Manager

Lead ground-up hotel construction with expertise in concrete, structural steel, and project delivery from preconstruction through turnover.
This experienced Construction Project Manager oversees complete hospitality construction projects. The work spans foundations, vertical construction, interiors, commissioning, and closeout. Success requires schedule management, budget control, contractor oversight, and technical coordination with project stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage hotel construction from preconstruction through final turnover
Oversee contractors, schedules, budgets, plans, and quality standards
Provide technical oversight of concrete, steel, envelope, and MEP systems
Review drawings for constructability and coordination conflicts
Coordinate inspections, commissioning, punch lists, and closeout
Requirements:
Eight or more years of commercial construction management experience
Proven ground-up hotel construction experience strongly preferred
Experience with multi-story concrete and structural steel buildings
Ability to interpret architectural, structural, civil, and MEP plans
Knowledge of scheduling, budgeting, cost controls, and contract administration
Apply construction leadership, technical building knowledge, and hospitality experience to deliver hotels through successful final turnover.
