Senior Technology Portfolio Coordinator

Coordinate technology portfolios across Platform Engineering, AI, and Advanced Analytics in a hybrid, four-days-per-week schedule. Apply planning and governance skills.
This senior coordinator supports enterprise technology initiatives through demand intake, portfolio planning, prioritization, and delivery execution. The work requires stakeholder engagement, roadmap development, and delivery monitoring across business and technology teams. Agile, Scrum, Kanban, Waterfall, and hybrid methods are central.
Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate demand intake, roadmap alignment, and delivery planning
Manage initiatives, workstreams, timelines, dependencies, and outcomes
Facilitate stakeholder meetings, Agile ceremonies, and decisions
Track risks, issues, milestones, resources, and progress
Maintain governance materials, executive updates, and reports
Requirements:
Five to eight-plus years in program or project management
Experience coordinating portfolios and complex technology delivery
Knowledge of Agile, Scrum, Kanban, Waterfall, and hybrid methods
Strong stakeholder management, facilitation, analytical, and communication skills
Working knowledge of Azure DevOps and workflow tools
Bring portfolio planning, stakeholder coordination, and Azure DevOps experience to enterprise technology delivery across multiple strategic initiatives.
