Construction Superintendent Ontario Projects
Maple Reinders
Lead construction field operations from Mississauga across Ontario, coordinating site activities, schedules, budgets, safety, and risk requirements. Maple Reinders seeks a Construction Superintendent with strong leadership.
As a Construction Superintendent, you will oversee projects across Buildings and Civil divisions. Work may include wastewater and water infrastructure, Defence Canada, advanced manufacturing, and food processing facilities. The role requires construction sequencing, scheduling, safety, quality control, and MS Office proficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
Direct field operations according to schedules, budgets, safety, and risk requirements
Guide field employees during construction activities
Develop project work plans keeping projects on track
Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, consultants, and stakeholders
Strengthen communication between field and project teams
Requirements:
Superintendent experience with a General Contractor
Experience delivering commercial, institutional, industrial, civil, or infrastructure projects
Strong construction sequencing, scheduling, safety, and quality control knowledge
Proficiency with MS Office and Windows-based applications
Strong leadership and communication skills
