IT Program Manager Cloud Migration
College Of Early Childhood Educators
Lead cloud migration delivery and product direction as an IT Program Manager with the College of Early Childhood Educators in a remote environment.
This 12-month full-time contract manages migration from a legacy member management system to an upgraded cloud platform. The Program Manager defines requirements, prioritizes work, and coordinates delivery with leadership input. Success requires experience with enterprise applications, project methodologies, and cross-functional teams.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead the designated business portfolio and migration initiative
Develop project plans, allocate resources, and manage risks
Coordinate internal teams, vendors, contractors, and IT partners
Track timelines, progress, dependencies, issues, KPIs, and financials
Provide communication and leadership across project stakeholders
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in information technology, computer science, or equivalent experience
Five to seven years managing IT programs or operational projects
PMP or Agile methodology certification
Cloud, infrastructure, and enterprise application integration experience
Agile, Waterfall, or Hybrid project management experience
Bring cloud migration, enterprise integration, and project leadership expertise to modernize member management at the College.
