IT Project Manager HCM Payroll

Lead HCM and payroll transformation at Durabuilt Windows & Doors as an experienced IT Project Manager. Coordinate enterprise delivery across Western Canada.
This IT Project Manager will lead a SaaS HCM and payroll implementation from initiation through go-live and stabilization. The role coordinates HR, Payroll, Finance, Operations, IT, and external partners. It also supports ERP selection and implementation, while establishing practical project standards across the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
Own day-to-day delivery across cross-functional project workstreams
Establish scope, schedule, budget, risk, and issue controls
Lead HCM and payroll implementation through stabilization
Coordinate migration, integrations, testing, training, and cutover
Hold vendors accountable for milestones, deliverables, and quality
Requirements:
Five or more years of IT project management experience
Enterprise system implementation experience through go-live and stabilization
SaaS HCM or payroll implementation experience; Dayforce is an asset
Manufacturing or operational environment experience with frontline employees
Familiarity with ERP selection and Microsoft Project or Smartsheet
Bring structured delivery, stakeholder coordination, and HCM implementation expertise to Durabuilt’s evolving technology landscape.
