Reliability Excellence Maintenance Manager

Advance equipment reliability as IPEX’s Maintenance Excellence Manager, using Reliability Excellence, PdM, and CMMS across multiple manufacturing sites.
Based in Edmonton, Alberta, this manager drives implementation and continuous improvement for IPEX’s Maintenance Excellence program. The work supports safer maintenance systems, stronger equipment reliability, and operational excellence. You will collaborate with plant leadership and frontline maintenance teams while developing technical capability.
Key Responsibilities:
Promote people-first safety culture and standardized maintenance processes
Research methods and technologies supporting continuous improvement
Complete enterprise and plant-specific improvement projects
Lead Job Hazard Assessments and Technical Need Analysis
Source external technical, consulting, technology, and training support
Requirements:
Three or more years in maintenance planning, leadership, or engineering
Manufacturing maintenance experience preferred
Demonstrated RCM, Predictive Maintenance, and CMMS experience
Strong communication, relationship-building, and influencing skills
Ability to travel up to 40% of the time
Use Predictive Maintenance, CMMS, and reliability practices to improve equipment performance and maintenance capability throughout IPEX.
