This Senior Manager, Artificial Intelligence position reports to the Chief Information Officer and connects business, IT, and Digital Enablement teams. You will translate emerging capabilities into recommendations, secure sponsorship, and align delivery with enterprise architecture. Responsible AI, privacy, security, ethics, and risk management guide the mandate.
Key Responsibilities:

Identify AI opportunities with business and IT partners
Execute initiatives and measure service and operational benefits
Present complex AI concepts clearly to senior leaders
Strengthen organizational AI literacy and readiness
Assess Generative AI, Agentic AI, and orchestration developments
Requirements:

Experience leading AI, digital transformation, or innovation
Strong understanding of enterprise IT architecture
Knowledge of governance, ethics, security, privacy, and regulation
Experience advising VP, CIO, CTO, or CAO-level leaders
AI/ML, AI data strategy, or transformation experience
Bring AI expertise and transformation leadership to Brampton through adoption, executive alignment, enterprise architecture, and responsible delivery.
