Airport Construction Security Manager

Lead airport construction security for PACT at Toronto Pearson, applying access control expertise across a major infrastructure program in Mississauga.
The Security Manager plans, coordinates, and executes security measures across construction activities. You will align Project Specific Security Plans with PACT requirements, GTAA standards, logistics strategies, and risk registers. The work includes access control, surveillance, stakeholder coordination, audits, and corrective actions.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and coordinate Project Specific Security Plans
Submit security plans to GTAA for review
Support turnstile, checkpoint, and guard deployment planning
Conduct inspections and routine security protocol audits
Document corrective actions and monitor timely resolution
Requirements:
Diploma or degree in security, construction, civil engineering, or related field
Eight or more years in security operations and project management
Knowledge of access control, logistics, and regulatory compliance
Experience with digital security and credentialing platforms
Valid driver’s license and RAIC clearance eligibility
