As a Legal Contracts Manager, you will prepare agreements for execution and implementation across clinical studies and corporate activities. The position requires expertise with legal contracts, independent judgment, and strong communication. You will also support requisitions, systems, research, and cross-functional relationships.
Key Responsibilities:

Prepare agreements for execution and implementation
Coordinate clinical study documents with attorneys
Assess contract terms and recommend risk mitigation
Approve financial requisitions for Legal
Provide contract management system training
Requirements:

Six-plus relevant years with a BS or BA
Four-plus related years with a master's degree
Expertise reviewing and interpreting legal documents
Strong corporate matters knowledge
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
Bring clinical contracting knowledge, corporate legal understanding, and precise project management to Neurocrine Biosciences.
