Senior Manager Security Operations
BDO
Lead BDO’s security operations function through threat detection and incident response in a blended office, client-site, and virtual model. Protect systems, data, and digital assets.
As Senior Manager, Security Operations, you will direct cybersecurity monitoring, operational security processes, and incident response. You will manage operational cybersecurity risk, enhance security capabilities, and lead security professionals. The position requires enterprise security technology experience, strong cybersecurity frameworks knowledge, and communication with senior leadership.
Key Responsibilities:
Establish direction and standards for security operations service delivery
Oversee monitoring and threat detection capabilities
Direct investigation, containment, recovery, and post-incident reviews
Manage providers, technology partners, and internal teams
Build and develop a high-performing security team
Requirements:
Degree in cybersecurity, technology, computer science, engineering, or related field
Minimum 10 years of progressive cybersecurity experience
Experience leading and mentoring cybersecurity teams
Knowledge of threat detection, incident response, and vulnerability management
Experience securing complex enterprise and cloud environments
Bring security operations leadership, incident response expertise, and enterprise cybersecurity knowledge to BDO’s growing security function.
