Director Clinical Product Management

Lead clinical product strategy remotely at Strive Health, combining registered nursing expertise with EHR knowledge and digital product leadership.
As Director of Clinical Product Management, you will guide a portfolio spanning care team workflows and EHR-related capabilities. You will translate frontline clinical needs into strategic vision and digital roadmaps. The role partners with clinical, operational, engineering, informatics, training, and compliance teams to improve outcomes and clinician experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Set strategy and vision for clinical-facing product initiatives
Define portfolio KPIs and prioritize using data
Lead, coach, and mentor product managers
Partner with clinical and technical executives
Manage vendors, contracts, roadmaps, and delivery
Requirements:
Registered Nurse licensure or higher
Eight or more years of product management experience
Experience with EHR platforms or clinical informatics
Ability to influence physician and nursing executives
Ability to travel and meet onsite business needs
Bring clinical credibility, strategic prioritization, and product leadership to Strive Health’s clinical technology portfolio.
