As a P3 Legal Counsel, you will advise Solink’s hardware-enabled SaaS business with significant independence. You will support commercial contracts, privacy, AI, employment, and corporate matters. The work connects legal analysis with practical guidance for Sales, Finance, HR, Product, and Engineering.
Key Responsibilities:

Draft and negotiate enterprise agreements and vendor contracts
Answer Sales questions and manage customer redlines
Support privacy programs, reviews, and incident response
Track privacy and AI laws affecting Solink products
Create templates, playbooks, and actionable legal guidance
Requirements:

JD from an accredited Canadian law school
Good standing with the Law Society of Ontario
Three to seven years of post-call experience
Commercial agreement drafting and negotiation experience
Toronto or Ottawa/National Capital region residence
