Lead high rise construction delivery for a 30 storey residential tower in Halifax, managing budget, schedule, quality, and safety. This full time contract role spans a four year build out.
Umbrella Design is partnering with a client seeking an experienced Construction Manager for a project exceeding $100M. You will lead delivery from preconstruction through occupancy and closeout. The role requires high rise residential experience, contract management, cost control, scheduling, and team leadership.
Key Responsibilities:

Own project scope, budget, schedule, quality, and safety
Lead the Site Superintendent and Project Manager
Manage contracts, consultants, procurement, and trade awards
Coordinate design, permits, approvals, and constructability reviews
Oversee commissioning, occupancy, turnover, and closeout
Requirements:

12+ years in construction, including five senior years
High rise residential project delivery experience
Track record delivering projects over $100M
Experience with Procore, Primavera P6, or MS Project
Engineering, construction management, or related diploma preferred
Bring senior construction leadership, high rise delivery expertise, and commercial control to this Halifax residential tower project.
