This Attorney provides legal support for wind turbine generator projects and related maintenance throughout North America. Responsibilities span project financing agreements, legal and financial structuring, customer tenders, supplier arrangements, and business-team counseling. The position also addresses compliance, insurance, disputes, corporate matters, and other international Nordex Group projects.
Key Responsibilities:

Prepare and negotiate project financing agreements and structures
Handle complex customer tenders for turbine supply and maintenance
Draft supply, service, finance, warranty, and purchasing agreements
Support legal disputes, claims investigations, and insurance coordination
Prepare corporate resolutions, registers, certificates, and minutes
Requirements:

Juris Doctor from an accredited Canadian law school
Current Quebec law license
Four to eight years’ firm or in-house experience
Experience negotiating project financing and supply contracts
Ability to travel internationally and obtain a passport
Bring project finance, commercial contracting, and international business law experience to Nordex’s clean power plant mission.
