ServiceNow SAM Pro expertise drives this technical ITAM Specialist contract in Saskatoon, focused on configuration, automation, and licence management.
Raise is hiring for a client that leads Canadian global exploration, mine engineering, and environmental protection. The ITAM Specialist implements and develops ServiceNow Software Asset Management Pro. This work supports workflows, integrations, software data, and technical guidance for licence teams.
Key Responsibilities:
Configure ServiceNow SAM Pro for software licence management
Automate allocation, reclamation, optimisation, and lifecycle workflows
Build catalogue items, approvals, and fulfilment workflows
Troubleshoot SAM integrations, data, and backend processing
Support normalization, reconciliation, testing, deployment, and documentation
Requirements:
Minimum three years hands-on ServiceNow SAM Pro experience
Experience configuring models, entitlements, metrics, and reconciliation
Strong ServiceNow workflow, automation, and catalogue experience
ServiceNow Certified System Administrator certification
ServiceNow SAM Professional certification
