Lead quality child and youth programs with the YMCA of Simcoe/Muskoka through strong program delivery and staff supervision. Work in a safe, service oriented environment supporting members and participants.
This Supervisor manages child and youth programs and services while supporting YMCA standards, member needs, and strategic directions. The role combines program quality, team leadership, fiscal monitoring, and customer facing service. It requires supervisory program delivery experience and community program experience.
Key Responsibilities:

Develop high quality child and youth programs and services
Monitor participation, retention, quality, consistency, and effectiveness
Recruit, train, schedule, and evaluate staff and volunteers
Maintain departmental budgets and address significant financial variances
Ensure member and participant safety through qualified staff supervision
Requirements:

Degree or diploma
Minimum two years supervisory program delivery experience
Experience working in community programs
Standard First Aid and CPR C
Healthy Child and Adolescent Development knowledge
Bring program leadership, staff development, and safety knowledge to YMCA child and youth services across Simcoe/Muskoka.
