Insurance product development and data analysis define this Product Specialist contract in Quebec, supporting Echelon Insurance’s personal and commercial specialty lines.
As a Product Specialist, you will collaborate with stakeholders on product implementation and improvement. The work includes insurance materials, market intelligence, product roadmaps, and competitive analysis. You will also support reporting, communication, and underwriting guidance.
Key Responsibilities:
Collaborate on insurance product development and continued improvement
Create product roadmaps and coordinate approved initiatives
Analyze industry trends, target markets, and marketing opportunities
Maintain dashboards, invoices, reports, and financial analysis
Provide underwriting direction and vendor guidance
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree or diploma in a quantitative field or Insurance
Five years of related experience
Knowledge of P&C insurance and regulatory environments
Proficiency with Excel, Tableau, and Power BI
Ability to manage several projects simultaneously
