Support exceptional collision repair experiences at Boyd Autobody & Glass through customer service, appointment scheduling, and insurance coordination. Communicate by phone, email, and in person.
As a Customer Service Representative, you will manage customer and insurance partner relationships while supporting repair facility administration. The position includes scheduling vehicle repairs, processing assignments, preparing documentation, and recording communications. You will use repair management systems, ASE, Google tools, and Microsoft Office while applying the WOW Operating Way plan.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide friendly service by phone, email, and in person
Schedule vehicle repair appointments using the repair management system
Process insurance assignments promptly and accurately
Prepare repair orders with proper documentation
Manage rental information and record repair communications
Requirements:
High school diploma
Minimum one year of customer service experience
Automotive industry experience ideally preferred
Strong Google platform and Microsoft Office knowledge
Valid driver's license required
Bring accurate communication, multitasking, and customer relationship skills to Boyd Autobody & Glass collision repair operations.
