As a Maintenance Person with ticket, you will help ensure efficient hotel operations within this Fairmont property operating as a franchised Marriott property. Your work includes general repairs, preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, emergency response, and accurate documentation. You will support guests and colleagues while maintaining luxury hospitality standards throughout the hotel.
Key Responsibilities:

Respond promptly to guest and operational maintenance requests
Repair plumbing, electrical, HVAC, carpentry, painting, and building systems
Complete preventive maintenance tasks and work orders accurately
Monitor mechanical, pool, and hot tub systems
Respond to alarms, outages, leaks, and equipment failures
Requirements:

Valid 5th Class Power Engineer Certificate
Experience in hotel, building, or facilities maintenance
Strong troubleshooting and building systems knowledge
Working knowledge of hand and power tools
Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull up to 50 pounds
