Vernon Retail Shipping Representative
Purolator
Support shipping customers at Purolator’s Vernon retail centre using technology, courteous communication, and practical problem solving during weekday hours.
This Retail Representative position serves customers in person and by telephone while assisting with shipping details and account challenges. You resolve shipments, equipment, and technology issues with local management, drivers, warehouse staff, account managers, and corporate partners. Flexibility is required because hours may vary.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist customers with shipping details and account challenges
Handle customer complaints and inquiries professionally
Resolve equipment, technology, and problem shipment challenges
Build positive relationships with customers and key contacts
Communicate positively with partners orally and in writing
Requirements:
Customer service orientation and proven problem-solving ability
Strong relationship-building skills with customers and partners
Experience adapting to technology and POS systems preferred
Ability to lift seventy pounds and stand three-hour intervals
Compliance with safety standards, policies, uniforms, and attendance
Bring shipping support, technology experience, and relationship-building skills to Purolator’s retail and warehouse environment in Vernon.
