TD Customer Experience Associate

Deliver accurate financial transactions and thoughtful banking advice as a Customer Experience Associate with TD in Kamsack, Saskatchewan. This 20-hour role serves customers directly.
At TD Canada Trust, you will support Personal & Commercial Banking customers through service transactions and tailored solutions. The role involves deposits, withdrawals, bill payments, customer concerns, confidential matters, and banking recommendations. You will also contribute to team effectiveness and operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
Process deposits, withdrawals, and bill payments accurately
Understand customer needs and recommend suitable banking solutions
Resolve concerns and escalate non-standard activities appropriately
Promote banking solutions while completing business processes
Provide clear advice on banking solutions and processes
Requirements:
High School diploma and/or one year relevant experience
Undergraduate degree or equivalent is an asset
Strong administration, organization, planning, and time management skills
Hands-on knowledge of Word, Excel, Outlook, and internet
Accurate, detail-oriented communication across changing priorities
Bring customer experience, transaction accuracy, and banking solution skills to TD Canada Trust customers in Kamsack.
