Senior Living Practical Nurse Care

Support seniors with personalized care as a Registered Practical Nurse at Cogir Senior Living’s The Renoir. This is a part-time casual position.
As part of a multidisciplinary team, you will deliver holistic, resident-centric nursing care in accordance with provincial standards. The work includes building trusted relationships, evaluating care plans, maintaining current documentation, and guiding unregulated care providers. Experience with seniors is preferred.
Key Responsibilities:
Deliver personalized nursing services to residents
Build trusted relationships through continuous communication
Evaluate care-plan effectiveness and update interventions
Keep resident assessments, plans, and records current
Coach and mentor unregulated care providers
Requirements:
Registration as a Registered Practical Nurse in Ontario
Experience working with seniors preferred
Gerontology or long-term-care education an asset
Ability to build relationships through teamwork and customer service
Microsoft Office proficiency and organizational skills
Use compassionate nursing practice, sound judgment, and collaboration to strengthen resident care at Cogir Senior Living’s The Renoir.
