Winter Snow Removal Crew Lead
Park Landscaping Ltd.
Lead winter snow removal crews at Park Landscape Group using field supervision, equipment operation, and safety coordination across Alberta properties.
As Winter Services Crew Lead, you will direct on-site operations for commercial, residential, and public properties. You will assess sites, assign work, coach crew members, inspect results, and maintain service standards. The work combines physical snow and ice clearing with operational leadership.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead crews and conduct initial winter site assessments
Assign tasks, coach workers, and inspect completed work
Clear snow and ice using manual and mechanical methods
Operate sidewalk equipment, spreaders, sweepers, and snow blowers
Log site progress, completions, photos, and timekeeping digitally
Requirements:
Two or more years commercial snow removal experience
Field team leadership experience in outdoor operations
Valid Class 5 driver’s license with clean abstract
Knowledge of OHS principles, SWP/SJP, and hazard assessments
Ability to lift 50 pounds and work extreme winter conditions
