HVAC-R Branch Sales Representative

Use customer service and sales skills as an HVAC-R Branch Sales Representative with Master, supporting customers through phone and order entry.
This position manages incoming calls, processes orders and quotations, and promotes company products to increase sales. You will support the inside sales team, source parts or equipment, and recommend suitable products or services. The role also maintains customer relationships, inventory accuracy, and branch service.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide outstanding customer service through every interaction
Process orders and quotations using different methods
Manage incoming phone calls professionally
Source parts and equipment with suppliers
Maintain inventory accuracy and cleanliness
Requirements:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Professional phone manner and customer service skills
Microsoft Office Suite working knowledge
Strong sales, persuasion, and problem-solving abilities
High School Diploma and safety footwear
